个人简介(包括近期科研项目)
李银平,中国海洋大学医药学博士。2017年7月加入青岛科技大学海洋科学与生物工程学院,主要从事微生物次级代谢产物、海洋工具酶等资源的研发应用,生物糖类化合物的提取分离、结构分析相关的研究,主持山东省自然科学基金一项,青岛科技大学引进人才启动基金一项,技术开发项目3项,参与国家、省市级项目多项。近三年作为主要完成人获得山东省科技技术三等奖和青岛市科技进步二等奖各一项。目前在Bioresource Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers、International Journal of biological macromolecules、Marine drugs发表高水平SCI论文30余篇,申请发明专利10项,授权4项。
主要研究方向:
1. 海洋资源高值化生物转化技术研究;
2. 生物多糖及寡糖的结构与活性研究;
3. 生物大分子(蛋白质、多糖等)与生物小分子(多酚等)的相互作用。
