个人简介(包括近期科研项目)

车红霞,中国海洋大学食品科学与工程博士。201809月加入青岛科技大学海洋科学与生物工程学院,主要从事活性物质提取纯化、营养功效评价及构效关系研究。主持山东省青年基金、青岛科技大学高层次人才启动经费、北京工商大学重点实验室开放课题,参与国家重点研发项目子课题等项目。在《Food Research International》、《Food and Function》、《Molecular Nutrition and Food Research》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,参编中文专著1部。

1. 山东省自然科学青年项目:DHA/EPA-虾青素酯的消化吸收特征及其与肠道菌群的相互作用关系(ZR2020QC236),2021.01-2023.12,主持,经费15万元,在研。

2. 北京工商大学食品风味化学重点实验室开放课题:传统虾酱中优势微生物赋香机制与产品风味响应(SPFW2019YB01),2019.07-2020.07,主持,经费5万元,已结题。
